It is important to do NEW – being specific in prayer.
Intimacy is the foundation of strategic prayer.
“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.”
1 John 5:14
“Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
Matthew 6:9
We should recognize that our prayers need to be responsive from a place of intimacy with God.
“For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak.”
John 12:49-50
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
John 20:21
Prayer will always bring God’s presence to you, but it will be obedience to what He says that brings deliverance!
