September 1st starts our new year with the Lord. His first word to me was, “I need you to SEE clearly.”
[note: in the recording Neil says Hear clearly, but intended to say SEE clearly.]
I had my eyes checked at the doctor and he informed me that I had a cataract. There is more to seeing clearly for me than just spiritual – it is physical also.
The Lord said, “You will see clearly!”
The Lord has been showing me that you cannot understand grace without understanding judgement. You can’t understand mercy unless you really understand justice. And you can’t do these things with just words – they have to be a part of our lives.
The main reason we don’t see what we are looking for, is we just don’t listen. And if we do listen, we don’t obey.
God wants us to recognize who we are in Him and who He is in us. He wants to clear our vision up.
